Well, you can never truly appreciate the service at Bozard Ford until you have to spend a few hours at Tom Bush BMW. You pull up into the service lane, no one comes to see you. You walk in, no one talks to you for a good 5-10 minutes. You finally get checked in after you overhear the service manager say, "Well, she's 15 minutes early," and no one talks to you. No one asks you if you'd like some water. If you'd like to know what interent to use while you wait. If you'd like a snack. Or maybe a ride to the Town Center. If you'd like somewhere to sit comfortably while you wait. Disney World may be called the best place on earth, but Bozard Ford is a close second. I wish there was a Bozard BMW. But a dream is a wish your heart makes. More

I told them what I wanted in a vehicle and my monthly payment goals and they worked hard to find the right match for me. They also took a lot of time answering my questions for my first new car buying experience (thoroughly explaining paperwork, warranties, and even took me to the car and showed me the technology in the vehicle and paired it with my phone). The time vested in me made me feel my business was appreciated and not like they were trying to push me out the door to get to another customer. The customer service at Bozard is second to none. Living in downtown Jacksonville it would be easy to visit 2 or 3 other dealers, not to mention a slew of other repair shops, but even for something as simpl in downtown Jacksonville it would be easy to visit 2 or 3 other dealers, not to mention a slew of other repair shops, but even for something as simple as an oil change I will drive 30-45 minutes down to St. Augustine just to go to this dealership. Having car issues can be a hassle, but at Bozard they make it as easy as possible and are always willing to go out of their way to make sure that you have the best experience you can possibly have. Whether you are purchasing a vehicle or getting one serviced, you are wrong if you are not going here. More

to whom it may concern. just a quick thank you for the recent service experience i received at Bozard Ford in Saint Augustine Florida. normally I despise car salesman / dealerships but, I found my experi recent service experience i received at Bozard Ford in Saint Augustine Florida. normally I despise car salesman / dealerships but, I found my experience to be rather pleasant surprise. My old truck a Ford F250 with 230000 miles was quickly repaired and no pressure to replace it was made. just fast friendly service. everyone I encountered said hello or asked if I had any questions during my visit. I was truly surprised when I recognized the young man from the T.V. commercials actually genuinely asked me how I was doing. It is nice to deal with a locally owned and operated business in this day and age. they actually seem to have something invested in this community,I would use them again without hesitation as long as the experience remains the same!! It is a place you could send your mother too and feel safe! More

My brother had just moved to St. Augustine and had to return back North, he said that he was having problems with his truck and would I see about having it looked at. I had never been to Bozard Ford befo return back North, he said that he was having problems with his truck and would I see about having it looked at. I had never been to Bozard Ford before and did not know what to expect, as one could expect not knowing. However the welcome, service and attention they gave, considering the truck was from an out of state dealership was way beyond my expectations. The next time I'm looking for a truck BOZARD FORD will defiantly be in forefront. More
