Tech Issues I was having issues with the Bluetooth Sync program in my truck, (it wasn't syncing correctly with my cell phone.) I came by the dealership hoping someone could assist, and was immediately provided assistance. Within minutes, the issue was completely resolved, and I haven't had a problem since. New experience for me I've never purchased a vehicle and actually enjoyed the experience until my recent purchase at Bozard Ford Lincoln. I have no words to describe the feeling of NOT being frustrated or feeling anxious due to fast talk or pressure. Every person spoke to me as if I were their only customer. I even played a few games of ping pong while waiting for some paperwork. Bozard really has a great product. Great Service Great People Great Selection. The ONE place to buy or service your care is HERE!! I've been in Northern Florida for 3 years now and I have been looking for a dealership to establish a relationship with - someone I could TRUST and do I've been in Northern Florida for 3 years now and I have been looking for a dealership to establish a relationship with - someone I could TRUST and do business with over the years. I did a quick internet search for new 2014 trucks and Ken Riordan responded, letting me know that he had some things but also letting me know that he had a few other things that would be very interesting. After challenging him (and Bozard Ford Lincoln) with probably the craziest, most complicated trade requirements they have ever had, I grabbed my best friend and ventured down to the dealership. Ken showed me an awesome truck that was owned by Bo Bozard that I immediately decided must be mine. He worked with me, AJ worked with me to get the deal financed, Artie and all the fine folks in the trade department dealt with the considerable challenges that I provided them and the deal was off and running. Additionally, Alek in the performance/Service shop welcomed me and made me feel like I can depend on him for anything. One thing that really impressed me was the LEVEL of effort that everyone exuded to make me feel valued. It was 9:00 pm on a Saturday night and, hearing that I was looking at his truck, Bo Bozard came from his house to tell me about the truck and the interesting, awesome work he had done on it. I have never in all my life been met with more down to earth, real people who were in it to work WITH me, not just make a sale. I am truly impressed and appreciative for the service, professionalism, and honest business that I encountered here. I feel that I've made some awesome new friends that I will continue doing business with for years to come. I arrived at 10:30am and was driving home at 2:30pm WOW Best buying experience ever. I have purchased many cars in my sixty years but this was the best and most enjoyable purchase of them all. And last but least Airbag problem which would have costed over $500 A lemon by the extreme in my opinion.I made the decision to get out of it well the getting was good and bought a 2014 Ford Edge, Ricky Goodwin was a excellant help, To find a affordable vechile My Family has been a Bozard customer since 1951. The edge was like the 4th vechile purchased by this family in the last few years i also purchased a 2013 F-150 my father a F-150 brother F-250 , and my wife purchased two vechiles her self. the 2012 Explore and now the Edge. Under the circumstances a job well done on the finance guys and Ricky goodwin and the encouragement from piper and the young Lady and the front desk Named Stephanie. why isn't she listed on top? but i HaVE BEEN VERY LUCKY TO HAVE FRIENDS LIKE THESE WHO ACTUALLY CARED ABOUT MY PROBLEMS IN SOLVING THE GREAT LEMON PROBLEM lol WINKS.
