Very poor customer service and zero communication. Bought a brand new truck and everyone was super polite and friendly like every other dealer and it was down hill after that with delivery of the truck Bought a brand new truck and everyone was super polite and friendly like every other dealer and it was down hill after that with delivery of the truck. wait was too long. After checking me in service advisor sent to lunch. When tech was done with my truck he set my paperwork on her desk. She had not returned. I finally After checking me in service advisor sent to lunch. When tech was done with my truck he set my paperwork on her desk. She had not returned. I finally asked another advisor to handle & she walked away. She called for another advisor & he kept shooting the breeze with the manager I guess. Then he came out & told me to wait. He finally came back & took care of me. Hopefully next time I will not be in a hurry & will be able to go to the service department instead of the quick lane. Before leaving I had to ask the techs to retrain the tires due to the pressure monitor showing they had rotated tires but not retrained the monitor. More

Easiest stress free car buying experience I recently purchased my new 2017 5.0 mustang and this was the 10th car that I've purchased over the years. It was by far the easiest and most stress f I recently purchased my new 2017 5.0 mustang and this was the 10th car that I've purchased over the years. It was by far the easiest and most stress free car buying experience that I've had. Tischler Nelson(Salesman), and Ryan Shapiro(Finance Manager), both were very respectful people to buy from they didn't hassle me or make me feel like I had to really "talk" the price down. I simply told them that I Will be buying a car from them as long as the price is right and they got the price right I was only there for about an hour for the whole process straight to the point I will definitely purchase another vehicle from these guys and do recommend them. First Time Buyer - Fantastic Experience Went in there about 2 weeks ago to test drive a Ford Explorer Platinum. I was immediately greeted by Andy, who grabbed the keys and allowed me to test Went in there about 2 weeks ago to test drive a Ford Explorer Platinum. I was immediately greeted by Andy, who grabbed the keys and allowed me to test drive a combination of highway and city. After that we talked numbers before meeting Rick and Patrick. Ultimately I was not ready to buy, so I left. I knew it was the car I wanted but I drive close to 300 miles a week, so a Highlander, which is a bit more fuel efficient was also part of my decision. I took a week to work it all out, running numbers, reading reviews, etc. During that time Andy never pressured me and never bombarded me with calls like the sales people at other dealers tend to do. He gave me the space to work it all out. When I was ready I sent an email to Andy and Patrick about the price I was willing to pay for the flagship Explorer. A few days later they met my asking price. Andy also got all of the dealer options I wanted like tints, all weather mats, and mud guards at no extra cost. Financing was hassle free. Rick took care of that. Very smart guy. You could tell he has been doing this for a long time. Got me a respectable deal on the ESP for maintenance and parts. So for the next 100K miles I don't have to pay for anything outside of dents, tires and battery. Ultimately, I'm extremely happy with the Explorer. Bozard's service was excellent. More

Best car buying experience I've ever had! Jesse was awesome with helping me find a truck I was looking for and then once in finance, Ryan had me in and out in 45 minutes. From the time I arriv Jesse was awesome with helping me find a truck I was looking for and then once in finance, Ryan had me in and out in 45 minutes. From the time I arrived at the dealership it was about 3.5 hours and I was driving off in a new truck. Best buying experience I've ever had. Ryan even searched several banks (besides Ford financing) to get me a great rate. More
