I and my wife went into Bozard Ford to look at their used car selection. I had looked online ahead of time I narrowed it down to a handful of cars and trucks that we would like to see in our price and featur car selection. Luis [Crespo] took the time to show us exactly what we wanted to see, and also presented a couple of other options in our price/feature range. He wasn't pushy or insistent in any way what-so-ever. He answered all of our questions and gave us options, which is exactly why we ended up buying from him and Bozard Ford. We are very pleased with our experience and will definitely return for our future car or truck purchases. From the salesman all the way thru to the finance manager and the tech assistant (who helped us "Sync" the phone) and explained the other creature comforts inside the vehicle. I bought a Ford explorer 2006 the second week I had it the transmission started acting funny. I did not by a extended warranty do to my budget so I called to see if there was a 30 day warranty I was tol the transmission started acting funny. I did not by a extended warranty do to my budget so I called to see if there was a 30 day warranty I was told yes there was , so I drove down on Sat they were not able to look at it that day was told to bring it back during the week. My salesMan Andy Harris call me Monday and told me he would get the service Department to call me to set up a time which they did. I called Mr. Harris back to see if I could get something to drive he said he would have to check Mr. Harris called me back and it would be taken care off. I drove back down on Wednesday dropped off my truck they got me a truck to drive and called me Thursday afternoon to let me know mine was ready, there was a issue and that it had been fixed. I picked my truck up Friday morning the issue had been fixed and they had also top off my gas. Thank You Andy Harris and the Service Department Billy ,and there were several others and the Enterprise Lady . Thank you all for all you done and fixing the issue. All of this was done at no cost to me. More

Came in with a smashed passenger side window. Marcia and the staff worked together so that I was only without my car for one day. My appt. was a 8:30am and Stephen met me in the parking lot with the car right up front. We went on a test drive with the top down and I fell in love with the car. He showed me all the unique qualities about the car and paired my phone with the Microsoft Sync so we could use the hands-free features. I requested a few upgrades to which he worked into the sale. I met with AJ to run over the paperwork and he made sure I understood everything I was signing with my trade-in, maintenance and Auto Butler (my favorite). I couldn't has ask for better customer service and honest salesmanship. I am a return customer to Bozard Ford and I will always make my vehicle purchases with the best dealership in Florida. More
