First - I can't tell you how Happy Billy & Kevin have made me to find the knocking issue under my Ford GT Mustang! I purchased this car used and when I heard a noise under the left rearend of my Mus have made me to find the knocking issue under my Ford GT Mustang! I purchased this car used and when I heard a noise under the left rearend of my Mustang - I took it back to the dealership that I purchased this car from and spoke to Billy Arndt. Bill took the car several times and each time he would fix what he thought was the issue and then it would happen again. Most dealerships would have given up on both me and my car, but not Billy or Kevin! These two guys continued to search for the problem and when they did fix it - they never made me feel like I was an inconvience to them. They where totally Professional and Bill always greeted me with respect and he understood my fustration and he was determined to fix the issue and make me happy. I live in Fleming Island, Florida and there is a FORD Dealership right up the road from my house. I would rather drive 27 miles to this dealership (BOZARD FORD) because of the way they treat their customers. They treat them like friends and family! I love this dealership as I have purchased 2 cars from them and I will purchase more. I want to thank Billy and Kevin for a Wonderful job in fixing my Mustnag! You guys are the GREATEST!! I highly recommend this dealership for not only the Sales aspect which was stellar but for the Service! These two guys are fantastic! I want ONLY gthem to work on my car going forward. They are going to install the BOSS 302 upgrade and I feel confident that it will be gone the correct way when my car is in their hands. Thank you again Billy and Kevin! I have been communicating with Billy Arndt since purchasing my 2013 Taurus. He has assisted me with various features of my vehicle and accessories numerous times. He responds promptly, gives me options and answers all of my questions. He is knowledgeable about the product and explains in a way that I can understand. He is an outstanding representative for the dealership. In addition to Accessories, my experience in Service with Marcia Nelson and Jeff Sparks is nothing short of excellent. They are always friendly, accommodating and very helpful on each and every visit. When I leave I know exactly what was done to my vehicle and what always look forward to my next regular service visit. Their knowledge is impeccable. I wanted to surprise my husband with the best deal possible for a F150 4X4. Billy researched trucks available that were within my specifications and found what I wanted. After presenting the truck and possible for a F150 4X4. Billy researched trucks available that were within my specifications and found what I wanted. After presenting the truck and potential deal to my husband, Billy turned us over to Tom to work the details and look over similar trucks in a wide range of colors. We made our selection and then worked with Matt on the financing. I was surprised, and pleased, with how quickly we accomplised the overall deal and have never made it through financing so quickly! Tom has followed up with us a couple of times and remains attentive to making sure we understand all the features of our new truck. OMG!!! Can you say BOZARD?They ROCK the house with customer service. Tom Krell, you are the MAN. You listened to what I needed,wanted and made it work for me. Great guy, great experience. From billy, he took me to Tom Krell to get the ball rolling on paper work. I have to be honest, i didn't think you guys could do it. When you told me everything was set and approved come get your new car. What a sigh of relief...:) I must of told 20 people since I woke up this morning. What a great experience. From the moment my wife and I met Chase Burnett, our experience was positive and painless. Chase showed us what used trucks were available and then we began discussing new trucks. Chase then introduced us to TJ Bernal, again another positive experience. Both gentleman were energetic, knowledgeable in their products and motivated to make a deal. TJ was honest and upfront about what he could do for my wife and I. Chase introduced me to Ronnie Sherling and we began sharing past Military stories. Again, this was smart on Chase's side. This conversation took my mind off being hungry and having been at the dealership for over four hours. The F&I gentleman came over and introduced himself as Matt Tudor. He was personable and asked us several questions pertaining to payments, length of terms and then told us it would only be a bit longer and we'll be signing papers. As a person that formally worked in the car sales industry, it's wonderful to see the car sales process evolve into a pleasant experience and not one of dread and remorse. As a Combat Veteran of 25+ years, a recent retiree from the Army and a native of St. Augustine; I'm proud to say this is my first Ford truck and the nicest vehicle my wife and I have ever owned. I look forward to being a part of the Bozard family in the future. The dealership, sales and finance people my wife and I worked with were wonderful. We just had our windows tinted and Billy has just made us another appointment for 14 December 2013 for our spray liner to be put in. Again, efficient, professional and polite. I hope everyone realizes this is a unique dealership to have this kind of operation that overwhelmingly people are happy where they work and it shows. More

I am rating this dealership a Five in all area from stepping on the property to leaving as I was treated the way my company Publix Super Markets Inc. treats their customers with respect, dignity and a complete care for the customers needs. Everyone knew how to treat the customer with a smile a hand shake and always asking if my needs were being meet. Chase Burnett was our sales man who was very courteous and paid attention to our needs. Always had a smile and never tried to oversell us or move us up in price range. He understood our needs and worked hard to make us happy. I urge you to see this young man for a vehicle. He is always available and provides the proper feedback while paying close attention to your needs. Bob Hewit was the Sale Directer who never lost site of our needs and was very customer focused. He helped pull the deal together that meet our needs while being courteous.. You know how you can sit there four hours climbing the ladders of approvers Bob was the only person and he spoke directly to me and didn't make Chase run back and fourth like a dog fetching a stick for us. Chase and Bob made the deal happen. Bob even greeted me several days later when some we owe items needed to be completed with a smile, handshake and knew my name. AJ Miller is an great finance man I expected the push to by an warranty, high interest that was sold to a bank so the dealership made more money. I received everything but that kind of treatment, real honest friendly treatment and a rate comparable to my credit union. Billy Ardnt - AKA I call him Billy Bozard because he just kept on with the Bozard experience. We had a few We Owe items that needed to be taken care of and those were completed. But beyond my expectations Billy's team went through all points on this used vehicle and took care of all Items, we even worked out a far market price to have the other two tires replaced. Courteous, caring, concerned for my familys safety to drive an vehicle that was very road worthy and safe is what he provides to the service side of Bozard. He always answered my phone or text messages always with a care in his voice, you could feel his smile through the phone. I have to gave the whole team a five on everything because I feel they deserve it. Courteous, caring, and old time customer service with a smile and a handshake is what I appreciate and they produced it. Like my company Publix Super Markets Inc. customer service is the main focus. Also like Publix, Bozard is the cleanest establishment. From the lot to the garage it was a clean environment and when you provide premier product, sales and experience that's a winning combination no other dealership can match. As long as I am in this area even though I live in Orange Park Bozard will be my go to team for vehicles either new or used. Thank you Guys for making this buying experience, easy, enjoyable and cost effective. My wife was equally impressed and wants to make a deal on the Toyota Senna.
