Best vehicle purchase experience! I’ve heard good things about Bozard, so we took a drive from Jacksonville to check them out. We were greeted by Lee when we arrived and immediately hi I’ve heard good things about Bozard, so we took a drive from Jacksonville to check them out. We were greeted by Lee when we arrived and immediately hit it off. Started looking at one of their customized F-150’s and took it for a drive. Lee was very knowledgeable; going over all the truck’s features, specs, and maintenance needs. After the test drive, Wayne made the numbers work and we met at a happy median. Lee then introduced us to TJ, who took care of all the not so fun stuff; he made it all a breeze. These guys all really do work as a team and everyone is involved throughout the process. Few days later, Tom called to check on us and got us hooked up with Billy in the aftermarket department to get a few final touches addressed with the lift and tires. Everyone we’ve dealt with at Bozard is professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Even after the sale, they still care about the customer and go above and beyond to exceed expectations. Upon arriving, Fred had the vehicle we were looking for already parked up front and ready for to test drive. Knowing what we wanted ahead of the search was half the battle! Fred and his associates made the rest of the process stress free. We were at all times treated with respect and professionalism, the staff were diligent with our goals in mind. A few days into our search, we came to an agreement on cost, financing and amenities, then we drove our NEW 2014 FORD F-150 STX 3.7L Super Cab home. We decided to look you up online during one of your commercials and were surprised by the inventory available. I entered some information about our 2011 F150 and what trade-in might be and was contacted immediately by Fred Sellers both by email and a call. He said he would love to see our truck and based on our conversation, sent us information on a 2014 F150. We talked to Fred and decided to stop by on our way home from a few nights stay in Saint Augustine. When we arrived, Fred was there and was so eager to show us all the features of the 2014. He took us for a test drive like none I have ever been on before. He was completely knowledgeable on all the features of the truck. He told us things we didn’t even know about our own F150. We are happy to say we love the 2014 and he made the whole process very pleasant. AJ in the finance office was equally as knowledgeable about his part in the process and made us feel very at ease. Fred introduced us to the accessories coordinator, Billy Arndt, who also took us for a ride in an after- market upgraded engine on a truck, and gave us a little tour of the new accessories area that is under construction. He was also very knowledgeable and we look forward to working with him in the future. It is obvious Bozard Ford puts the customer first. Every person we encountered seemed to truly enjoy their job.
