Professional Service I visited this Dealership to schedule a diagnostic. I was sure it was my AC compressor but I wanted to be sure regarding what needed to be replaced an I visited this Dealership to schedule a diagnostic. The car failed just as I was parked in the lot across from Bozard. Nathan had people push the vehicle to Quick Lane Service Center. Angela got me transportation until the vehicle was repaired. When the car was repaired, as I was to drive away another problem developed and was resolved, in a timely manner by Jason, as I waited. I was completely satisfied with the work done (AC compressor and components replaced). They do not oversell you on products you don't need or pressure you in any aspect while you're at the dealership, which makes them the best dealership I've ever been too! Well, you can never truly appreciate the service at Bozard Ford until you have to You know the saying, "You Don’t Know What You Have Until It’s Gone?" Well, you can never truly appreciate the service at Bozard Ford until you have to spend a few hours at Tom Bush BMW. You pull up into the service lane, no one comes to see you. You walk in, no one talks to you for a good 5-10 minutes. You finally get checked in after you overhear the service manager say, "Well, she's 15 minutes early," and no one talks to you. No one asks you if you'd like some water. If you'd like to know what interent to use while you wait. If you'd like a snack. Or maybe a ride to the Town Center. If you'd like somewhere to sit comfortably while you wait. Disney World may be called the best place on earth, but Bozard Ford is a close second. I wish there was a Bozard BMW. But a dream is a wish your heart makes. More
