My sale took three visits and a lot of time from both salespersons. I took no less than 6 test drives and was very demanding. Only Breiana could have handled me those days with her charm and wit and st salespersons. I took no less than 6 test drives and was very demanding. She was quick to get in and out of each vehicle and for any question she couldn't answer she quickly got help with. She even gave me her personal cell phone number that allowed me to text any questions and she was always prepared for my arrival. Her knowledge of the cars features made the delivery quick and clean. Plus she was still friendly with a smile even though I must have driven her crazy. Alfred was instrumental in working numbers until we reached a deal. I am returning to trade in our 2008 Escape and will only work with Breiana on my next new car. More
