My old F-150, which had 180.000+ miles on it had just had some significant issues and I needed a new vehicle quick. Alfred El-Darazi, who I had bought from before, was the first person I contacted and he made time for me to come in, showed me some new F-150's and got me on the road. Anthony Snyder, who I've also worked with before, made the finance piece a breeze as did Sam O'Reggo in the after market area. I really appreciate all the effort! More

My Review of 5 Star Ford and Alfred El-Darazi This is the second car I've bought from Alfred and I will buy my next car from Alfred and 5 Star. Alfred is the main reason I deal with 5 Star. The on This is the second car I've bought from Alfred and I will buy my next car from Alfred and 5 Star. Alfred is the main reason I deal with 5 Star. The only negative about this last sale is the total loan value was not gone over in detail with me by the finance person I dealt with. I was under the opinion that the MSRP was $36,000 + and I owed $19,000 + on my trade-in and ya'll gave me $10,000 on the trade-in. Also y'all gave me a $5,200 rebate and I added $1,000 down payment. This should have given me a loan value of about $39,000 but after reading the paper work I ended up financing $43,000. So it seems the numbers aren't what I thought they were and the finance guy didn't go over the details with me. My fault but it leaves me with the feeling I was had to some extent. This is absolutely NOT Alfred's fault. He didn't the paper work either. Other than this problem I am happy with Alfred, my new car and Ford Motors. More

Alfred is very personable, knows his job well, and goes above and beyond in being helpful. He listened when I told him what I needed, and had the perfect one picked out, alI I had to do is choose the color, which was not easy because there were so many choices. I had just had my 2012 Ford Edge totaled in a red light runner accident. I still had the insurance rental in possession but thought I would stop by Five Star Ford and talk with Alfred to give him a heads up to look for me another Edge. Low and behold, 2 hours later I was out the door and on my home with a new 2014 Ford Edge! Alfred, Tut Edwards and Five Star are so easy to work with and listen to what you need and want. Their operation is top-notch and exemplary. More
