Great with a twist All went very well with the service advisors but when I got the truck back the door lock and unlock buttons did not work so I had to bring the truck b All went very well with the service advisors but when I got the truck back the door lock and unlock buttons did not work so I had to bring the truck back on Friday August 24, 2018. Again the service advisor Alex took the truck right back to the maintenance area and within 20 minutes I was on my way. Only one problem now the outside door handle lock does not work and now the truck horn sounds when I leave the truck and the truck is turned off. FYI Jay More

Tune Up for 2007 Ford Edge My car was in service for a tune-up. I know the process is lengthy, because of the labor involved removing the top part of the intake of the engine. My car was in service for a tune-up. I know the process is lengthy, because of the labor involved removing the top part of the intake of the engine. Part of the process when this is done, you have gaskets (6) in this case that are taken out to get to the spark plugs. I was VERY SURPRISED when I was informed that the gaskets were NOT replaced but "Reused??"...$324.00 later, all I got was 6 spark plugs??. When I asked about the inspection of obvious things, coils, fuel filter, throttle body (to be cleaned), etc., those services were extra, and no real answer from the Tech on why the gaskets were not done, nor why these other things were not inspected, checked or a conversation about replacing them. My service adviser was great, but I'm not happy with the tech/mechanic that made the decision about a $12 gasket set not to replace them after 100K+ miles after loosening them up from the internal part of the engine. The function and cleaning of the throttle body should be part of the service, its right there and all of the dust/dirt cars intake over the years that should be lubed and cleaned. More

Recall Experience I have to say, every experience we have with Bozard is just outstanding. We had a recall on our 2014 Ford Fusion. When setting up the appointment, we I have to say, every experience we have with Bozard is just outstanding. We had a recall on our 2014 Ford Fusion. When setting up the appointment, we were told it could take up to 4 hours. Our service rep had it done in 30 minutes including the replacement of our windshield wipers. The car was cleaned and the service was prompt. I'm so happy we purchased our vehicle at this dealership. Thank you. More
