Finally got truck fixed Have 2017 Ford F-150 XLT that has a problem with hard shifts and clunked a lot since I got it new. Also recently developed a grinding noise. After visiting several dealers near where I live and getting no resolution I decided to drive the hundred miles and take it back to Bozard where I purchased the vehicle. Although all are very busy Jena, Alex, and technician Mick took the time to listen to my concerns and ensured truck was fixed right, Mick listened to my video audio and within seconds knew what the Fix was and in 30 minutes I now have a truck for the first time clunk and grind free and a pleasure to drive. I was so impressed I went and ordered a new 2019. Would highly recommend the whole Bozard team. Thanks More

Service letdown I’ve been dealing with a squealing sound coming from my front brakes for almost a year. The last two times I’ve had the truck in for an oil change at I’ve been dealing with a squealing sound coming from my front brakes for almost a year. The last two times I’ve had the truck in for an oil change at the quick lane the techs took a look but they told me I would have to have the service dept look at it. Fair enough, I understand they don’t deal with repairs in the quick lane so I was finally able to find time to make an appointment for this past Friday. I use my truck daily to run my business so it has been hard to find a free day to go without it. I dropped the truck off at 6:45am. Alex called around 8 to ask what was wrong with the truck. I called back and left a message detailing the problem and asked him to please call if he needed any more info. After lunch I called and left a message asking for an update. Alex called me back at 1:45pm and said that they hadn’t looked at the truck yet and would try to get to it soon. At 4 he called back and said they drove it and couldn’t hear the sound and they needed more time to look into it. At that point I had to pick the truck up because I couldn’t leave it over the weekend so now I will have to wait until I have another free day to leave it with them again. I understand that they are extremely busy but what was the point of an 8:45am appointment when the truck wasn’t even looked at until after 2pm?? My family and I have been buying from Bozard for over 20 years and I love the sales and quicklane departments. This is the first time I haven’t been completely satisfied with my experience and I feel bad leaving a poor review but the service dept dropped the ball this time. More
