My alternator died about a 1/8th of a mile from the Dealership. Art R. was driving by and stopped and asked if I needed assistance and said he would send someone to help me. Kevin S. showedup and towed me to the service Dept. The Asst.service manager Alex was prompt and vary helpful through out the process of repairing my vehicle. I can't say enough about how I was treated by all the staff a Bozard Ford! They were great and I would recommend this Dealerships Service Dept. to anyone and everyone. I will be back I have found a new Ford home!! More

I already rated this dealer five stars (they don't allow six!) for the sales process. Today was my first taste of service. When I arrived, I was greeted like an old family friend. Alek Vecerkovic and Steve Boggus in the service department took excellent care of me and got my car in right of way because I was waiting. The mechanic Jean - did a great job as well, even pre-filling the oil filter before installing it. That's attention to detail. He also made sure the car was kept clean. While having the car serviced, my salesman, Justin Fisher and the General Manager Thom Workman came up to me and said hello and asked how I like my Shelby so far. I've never had a saleman at any other dealer remember me after the sale was made; but, like I stated in an earlier review, Bozard Ford isn't like any other dealer. More

I can only assume that this is because of the talented leadership and the inherent dedication to professionalism by all Bozard Ford employees. My visit on September 28th started with the service department. I live in Jacksonville and previously would take my car to other Jax Ford dealers for routine service and/or warranty work. However, I decided to give Bozard Ford's service department a try even though it is 30 minutes away in St. Augustine. I met with service advisor Alex Vecerkovic. Alex listened astutely to my service concerns and made me feel comfortable that my vehicle was at the right place for work. Stephen Purdy has been my primary point of contact at Bozard since Jan. 2010. Stephen is a very personable and pleasant individual. His product knowledge seems to be without limits. If however, he doesn't know the answer to a question he will personally introduce you to the person who can answer your question. I have visited the dealership several times in the last two and half years for research purposes on trucks, suv's, and other vehicles. Stephen is always courteous and takes the time to help me; even though he knows that I am not "buying today". I never felt pressured or feel like I am a "mark" for him to meet his or the companies goals. He genuinely wants to help you with your specific needs. Without a doubt, one of a consumer's primary concerns when purchasing an automobile is the best price. Did I want Bozard Ford to give me a vehicle? Yes, that would have been wonderful. Unfortunately, this is the real world and that did not happen. However, we were able to reach an agreeable price that was fair to both sides. Stephen Purdy was the reason I decided to drive 30 minutes out of my way for service and to again purchase from Bozard Ford. It was Stephen Purdy who also introduced some very pleasureable and fun people like: George Clark, Frank Lipko, Ed Roberts, and Russell Wright. Additionally, I really enjoyed the banter with General Manager Jeff King and Finance Manager A.J. Miller. I would like to think that my business relationship extends beyond money and facts with the individuals at Bozard. Lastly, I was also made aware that Mike Barfield's health has deteriorated. We've been buying and servicing our vehicles from Bozard for almost 7 years now. We're always treated well, given good prices and outstanding service. We sort of feel like royalty when we're at Bozard Ford for almost 7 years now. We're always treated well, given good prices and outstanding service. We sort of feel like royalty when we're at Bozard Ford - and that's a rare experience in today's business world. We recommend Bozard at every opportunity - for new/used sales, service or just good, honest information. And their service team doesn't just service Ford vehicles, which is great, too! We send our friends there for oil changes, etc. regardless of what they drive. More

Hello , We are writing this to let you folks know Hello , We are writing this to let you folks know what a great experience we had when purchasing a car at your dealership and especially to let yo Hello , We are writing this to let you folks know what a great experience we had when purchasing a car at your dealership and especially to let you know what an outstanding young man you have working for you, Chase Burnett. We purchased a used 2012 Ford Fiesta on Saturday, September 1, 2012. I'm sure you know car buying is not a favored thing to do on a hot day by most. In addition we would have to admit that after purchasing many vehicles, homes, etc. through our lives, negotiation is yet another unfavored thing we were not looking forward to. Dealing with Chase made the entire experience something totally different for us. While it took a little time to get it done, (paperwork, etc.), it was because of his professionalism, honesty, and overall attitude, that it ended up being a very, very pleasant process for us. Chase went out of his way to make sure we understood everything. He was extremely cordial and respectful. He is surprisingly knowledgeable. The bottom line is that he made us feel that we could readily trust the Bozard name and the Ford product throughout the process. He is an excellent representative of both entities. In fact, he was such an impressive, intelligent, and hard working young man, that we both concur that if he is not attached we would love for him to meet our youngest unattached daughter, (around the same age). Dealing with Sales Manager Bob Robinson and Finance Director Terry Seymour was indeed equally pleasant and professional. On a last note, we also wanted to let you know the original reason we came to Bozard to purchase a vehicle. In November/December of 2011 we were staying in an RV park in Beverly Beach when my 1996 Ford Dually diesel developed some problems. We managed to get it to your shop where Alek went out of his way to take care of us. Alek knew we were from out of state with only the truck and that we had our 88 year old mother with us. He too, just like Chase did Saturday, was absolutely amazing in getting our truck repaired and went a step further by making sure we had a larger size rental so our mother would not have to try to get into a small one. Simply put, Alek was the reason we came back to Bozard when looking for a car to purchase. Chase will be the reason we will likely return in the future. It was certainly a pleasure doing business with such outstanding professionals, who are very, very knowledgeable and experienced in what they do, and who are extremely friendly to boot.
