Outstanding Service Department! Fixed a very difficult to diagnose problem the very first time on my hybrid Escape. Alex Vecerkovic is a fundamental reason that I continue to purchase automobiles from Bozard Ford. Alex Vecerkovic is extremely professional and intuitive when addressing customers issues and concerns. In my most recent experience, I was in the area and decided to stop in and see if my blemished radio display would be covered under warranty repair. Alex was prompt and attentive with scheduling and had this issue taken care of within an hour. Great job! More

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Bozard Ford. After my first vehicle, I wrote on dealerrater.com that Bozard Ford actually made it fun to buy a new car. Now with my second purchase, they have confirmed that feeling again. When you walk through the front door, you're greeted like family. Like you were just there yesterday. Always a smile and a warm handshake. My vehicle was a special order Shelby and they did the deal on a handshake. That's a rarity in today's world. But, when they give you their word, they abide by it. How many other car dealers can you say that about? And that's the biggest reason why I'll be a Bozard customer for life. Their honesty, customer service and fair price without all of the selling gimmicks that other lesser dealers rely on is truly refreshing. More

I tried working with Auto nation Ford and they had promised the car I wanted on 3 different occassions and they struck out each time. They did not follow up and did not keep me informed. After failing the third time, they told me my color and model was not available. I went to Bozard and Ronnie Shierling found one immediately for me and it was driven down from South Carolina the next day. It was a cash transaction and in dealing with A J Miller, he got me in and out of the signing paperwork in the shortest time I have ever witnessed. Their service department is also outstanding. More

We were on vacation in St. Augustine and my Ford Five Hundred started acting funny. I found Brozard Ford. As with most things especially car repairs while traveling you get that sick to your stomach type Hundred started acting funny. I found Brozard Ford. When we arrived @3:15 pm, we were met by a young man outside the service dept who quickly sent us in to see Alex Vecerkovic. I explained to him what was happening and he said he could get my car looked at, I had four teens with me as we were en route to the historical St. Augustine when this happened. As with most car diagnosis it wasn't fast, however we did find some things to bide our time. We shopped next door at Gander Mountain and toured the inventory on the lot where we met Brian Krull. He was a pleasant salews professional and I will be in the market for a truck later this year. He was very helpful at taking me around to look at a few vehicles and I must say that was impressed not only with him as a professional but his knowledge of the area as well as his ability to connect with me on a personal level. No one is ever delighted with having to pay for car repairs, my Ford Five Hundred (over 260,000 miles) has never given me a problem so I guess I was due. My experience with Bozard Ford was more than pleasant and they exceeded my expectations. The only thing I found lacking was the Enterprise counter. They lacked person-ability and put me and four fully grown teens in a Ford Focus as a loaner car. It was cramped and not at all an equivalent car to my Five Hundred. I would recommend Bozard to anyone who needs service done on their vehicle or if you are looking for a new or used vehicle go see them ask for Brian or Alex they both know how to treat a customer even if it may be the only time they have to service them! This is why I drive a Ford and I will consider driving here to buy my next one this fall. Thank you both so very much! Michael Weiser More

6 months ago I raved about my buying experience at this dealership. My new Shelby recently developed a problem and I guess now I was going to get a chance to experience their service department. A phone call put me in contact with Alex Vecerkovic (a Mustang enthuist!) He immediately set up an appointment that was convenient for me. Upon arrival at the dealership, the service manager, Russell Wright, went for a ride with me and located the problem right away! He assured me it would be taken care of. My car was repaired early, it was repaired correctly and was returned to me CLEAN! Car problems are never pleasant; but, it's nice to know Bozard not only knows how to fix cars, they know how to treat their customers as well. More

Excellent service! While on vacation, the check engine light illuminated in my 2012 Escape Limited. Concerned I arrived, unexpectedly, at Bozard at about 430 in the afternoon. Even though they were clea light illuminated in my 2012 Escape Limited. Concerned I arrived, unexpectedly, at Bozard at about 430 in the afternoon. Even though they were clearly busy, Alek was able to diagnose my truck in a timely manner, while making me comfortable in their customer lounge. After learning it was a minor issue with a TSB issued, Alek reset the light and assured me I would be OK to travel home. I live almost 200 miles away and have a good relationship with my local Ford dealership, but, if I ever move to St. Augustine, Bozard will be my dealership. More

We recently had a problem with our Ford 150 Lariat. The manager and his team kept testing different problems we had with our transmission bumping and jumping. After several trips to have diagnosed they fi manager and his team kept testing different problems we had with our transmission bumping and jumping. After several trips to have diagnosed they finally located plug #7 had a bad coil that allowed moisture to cause the jerking and bumping. They corrected the problem at no charge and it is running fine now. We really appreciate there service to the customer and it was important to them to make us happy. We will no longer travel to Jacksonville for truck purchases or repairs. We were very impressed with Alex and Russell and want to compliment Bozard for having such diligent employees.
