Better than any other Car Dealership in the Country I am an owner of BMW and Mercedes Benz, but in 2013 I bought my wife a Ford Explorer from Bozard. I can truly say that Bozard CSR has better knowledge I am an owner of BMW and Mercedes Benz, but in 2013 I bought my wife a Ford Explorer from Bozard. I can truly say that Bozard CSR has better knowledge, best interest and much much more efficient than any other dealer that I have been... My CSR, Mrs. Crystal Garrison, is simple the BEST... As I had mention before, she is unique in every way and extremely attention to all of my needs... Is to bad that I don't have a Crystal Garrison at the BMW Dealer... Once again, I thank Mrs. Garrison and all of her team member for an outstanding job... Well Done Guys... Keep the Good Work More

The ONE place to buy or service your care is HERE!! I've been in Northern Florida for 3 years now and I have been looking for a dealership to establish a relationship with - someone I could TRUST and do I've been in Northern Florida for 3 years now and I have been looking for a dealership to establish a relationship with - someone I could TRUST and do business with over the years. I did a quick internet search for new 2014 trucks and Ken Riordan responded, letting me know that he had some things but also letting me know that he had a few other things that would be very interesting. After challenging him (and Bozard Ford Lincoln) with probably the craziest, most complicated trade requirements they have ever had, I grabbed my best friend and ventured down to the dealership. Ken showed me an awesome truck that was owned by Bo Bozard that I immediately decided must be mine. He worked with me, AJ worked with me to get the deal financed, Artie and all the fine folks in the trade department dealt with the considerable challenges that I provided them and the deal was off and running. Additionally, Alek in the performance/Service shop welcomed me and made me feel like I can depend on him for anything. One thing that really impressed me was the LEVEL of effort that everyone exuded to make me feel valued. It was 9:00 pm on a Saturday night and, hearing that I was looking at his truck, Bo Bozard came from his house to tell me about the truck and the interesting, awesome work he had done on it. I have never in all my life been met with more down to earth, real people who were in it to work WITH me, not just make a sale. I am truly impressed and appreciative for the service, professionalism, and honest business that I encountered here. I feel that I've made some awesome new friends that I will continue doing business with for years to come. Henry Row, Senior Sales Guide, helped us with the tech stuff, navagation, etc. Was execellent in every way. We certainly appreciated his kindness and patience. Both men very knowledge and helpful. Thanks for folks like that makes our life easier when there are problems with these vehicles to deal with. Do not remember the name of head of used vehicles......I am thinking Dave was the name.. He also represented Bozard well. Many thanks to your team. All of these men bent over backwards to help us with our 2010 navigator we purchase from you. There was some problems....but they took care of everything in a very timely manor. When it is time to buy that new navigator we will be back. No need to look any further. My computer would not let me select the correct brand of vehicle....it was 2010 navigator. More

2010 Red ford fusion Mike on the shuttle can service my car anytime. And as things have been going, he will be busy.. Two men came here, picked up my car brought it back f Mike on the shuttle can service my car anytime. And as things have been going, he will be busy.. Two men came here, picked up my car brought it back fixed, washed & handed me a gift card from Bill Kaiser from Saxs Fifth Avenue for my trouble. All this after a simple oil change & tire rotation. Something was hanging off the bottom of the car. This happened one other time after an oil change. So I said I was not bringing it back in, they would have to come here. To my surprise, they did! If Ford continues to treat me with respect I guess I will have to think about maybe considering another Ford at some point. This 2010 has has 3 engines. I'm a bit tired of dealing with issues. Thank you Mike on the shuttle for your courteousness & professionalism. I was greatly appreciated!!!!!! Thank you Alex for dealing with my problem promptly. Thank you Bill Kaiser for the unexpected kindness & generous gift! And thank you to the young gentleman that was with Mike to return my car as it was getting late on a Friday afternoon! More

bad service manager my car was in a accident and was in the body shop for 2 months when I received it back it was barley running so it was towed to bozard to be looked at my car was in a accident and was in the body shop for 2 months when I received it back it was barley running so it was towed to bozard to be looked at. the computer said it was misfiring on 2 cylinders. bozard told my ins. company it was due to maintenance. my car was running just fine when it was struck by another in the left front at about 40mph. due to the service manager saying it was due to maintenance my ins. company would not pay anything to fix the motor problems. when I went in to confront the service manager all he wanted to do was argue that its most likely maintenance but not 100%. i wanted him to admit that what he told the ins. company was not the truth and that it could have been something from the accident, but he would not. and after a few minutes of chatting the service writer got all upset and jumped up and got in my face and wanted to take me outside and fight. i told them to just let me pay for the computer check so i could leave and when i received the survey in the mail i would give them a bad wright up. that made them very upset and told me there would be no charge. still to this day i have never received a survey in the mail. that's one way to make sure your #1 customer rated ford dealer. i had the motor looked at and fixed at another shop and had to pay for it out of my pocket .. $652. thanks for all the help bozard.
