No reason to ever go anywhere else for service on your Ford I have been having my F-150 serviced here since new (2011). They are dedicated to solving problems, not creating reasons as to why nothing is wrong with your vehicle. So regardless of where you bought your Ford vehicle, do yourself a favor and have it serviced by the team at Bozard Ford! More

They soon realized it would take some time to get the warranty work approved so they put me in a rental. I received daily updates from Jeff for the time they had the truck. Most dealerships I have dealt with would not have never put that extra effort in. I have the truck back and everything is great. Without a doubt, I'll continue to bring the vehicle back to Bozard for service. More

Sirus radio problem A new Sony radio was installed on January 27, 2017. At the time the Sirus radio worked when I left the dealership. On March 10 the radio became inoper A new Sony radio was installed on January 27, 2017. At the time the Sirus radio worked when I left the dealership. On March 10 the radio became inoperable. I did not have the new radio number inscribed on my invoice so my three phone calls to Sirus to have it restarted were unsuccessful. My trip to the dealership resulted in the radio being taken out, the new number recorded on the invoice and within 5 minutes Alek had the radio restarted. Very professional. Thank you Alek and the technician who did the work. To prevent this from happening to other customers I suggest the radio number be written on the invoice so the customer can restart their own radio without having to drive out to the dealer. Very accomadating I Live an hour away in port orange so getting to Bozard is a bit of a drive but well worth it as I feel like a customer when I am at Bozard. My local Lincoln dealer Gary Yeomanns is very standoffish and judgemental. When you look at a car but just got off work and are in your dirty workclose, it doesn't mean I cant afford a Lincoln. That's stereo typing and it isn't right. The only issue I had was that after having my car for a week (brought Monday night and Picked up Friday night) to get parts in and do all the repairs I left the lot and still could not get my touch screen to work. I suggest that after parts are added to a touch screen device that the technician do a screen calibration to make sure buttons line up on screen, not fall off screen. I discovered the sequence online and did it myself and now everything works perfect. Other than that everyone at Bozard is great. Thank you George Alexiou More

NOT HAPPY The plan was The Works Check-up and to look at rear window defrost to find out why it wasn't working. My appointment was at 9:45 am. Alek was my ser The plan was The Works Check-up and to look at rear window defrost to find out why it wasn't working. My appointment was at 9:45 am. Alek was my service advisor. After he explained that I had a 100.00 deductible to check out the rear window defrost I decided it wasn't worth the trouble. The truck only has 32K miles on it. I told Alex not to address the rear window issue and complete the Works Check-up. I leave the facility and come back at 11:30a.m.. I spoke with Alex and he said they just pulled it in for servicing. I received my invoice at 1:10 pm. If I have an appointment at 9:45 I expect my vehicle to be pulled in the shop shortly after. My time is very valuable to me and I am extremely upset with the lack of urgency your team place on a normal oil change. However, I will say this, I have always taken this vehicle that I bought from you to your quicklane service and I have also received CAi from your shop. I didn't have any issue then. Also, The battery tested fine on my report. The time prior to this visit a service advisor recommended a new 202.00 battery. The explanation for the difference was it was a different battery tester. I almost bought a battery because it was recommended, but this visit said it was fine. Shame on your people for trying to get 200.00 from me when I didn't need a new battery. More
