Dishonest, caught in the act. I bought a service agreement when I purchased my new Subaru. When I brought it here for 30k service they wanted to charge me separately for the differential fluid change. I called the Security Service Center for Subaru to verify coverage and they told me that it IS included. They were going to charge me and then charge the Service Plan for reimbursement. They also did not top off my fluids, left a cap off the tires, mounted the tires wrong side out and two of the tires leaked after they changed them out.

My experience was very professional, they really bent over backwards for me, getting me out of a car I could no longer afford the payments on and into a car that is just as nice for lower payments.
