Worst service department ever! My husband took part of the morning off of work yesterday to bring in our 2023 Silverado which we are constantly having issues with. The check engine light came on and the truck displayed a limited acceleration notice. They were supposed to call him back when it was diagnosed yesterday and no one ever did. My husband tried to call multiple times in the late afternoon but no one would answer or return his call. This morning, he stopped by the service center on his way to work to find that they have had not even touched his vehicle yet. So xxxxing rude! We are done with Capital Chevrolet

Service Dept has gone to crap since Ed Ring left. The people that work the front service booths are most arrogant folks I ever met that are in "Customer Service". I'd rather take my car to Meineke than deal with those xxxxxxxx at the front service booths. Buh-Bye Bill Copps.
