Service was excellent from salesman Paul to financing. The dealership lobby was so calm and inviting. I really appreciated it. I have one suggestion: you need an American flag hanging in your parking lot. Every dealership has one except for Marysville Honda!!! Thank you!

Q and Remington were a pleasure to work with. I was very happy with how they worked with us. There was no pressure to buy. Remington was very helpful in getting all the information I wanted for the car I was looking at. Q Ali the finance manager also was no preasure. yet explained things very well. I am the one who hates buying cars with extra add-ons and dealing with car salesman. Non-commissioned staff, could be the reason why I was not lied to, by the sales and finance department. It makes sense how Q earned those well deserved awards being honest and transparent and actively listening to our needs. And Remington is one the best car sales person I've had pleasure of dealing with. My experience at Klein Honda in Everett location was very good and I would return. 5/5 stars.

Second time buying a car from this dealership. Love our Hondas and have bought at two other Honda dealerships in the past, but this location has been consistently the most transparent and straight-forward in the buying process. We worked with Jules this round - found her to be very approachable and provided us with lots of helpful information and resources throughout the buying process. Provided the amount of info we felt we needed about add-ons without feeling pressured or bullied (Have had that experience elsewhere!). Would absolutely recommend to any of our friends or family looking to buy.
