Q and Remington were a pleasure to work with. I was very happy with how they worked with us. There was no pressure to buy. Remington was very helpful in getting all the information I wanted for the car I was looking at. Q Ali the finance manager also was no preasure. yet explained things very well. I am the one who hates buying cars with extra add-ons and dealing with car salesman. Non-commissioned staff, could be the reason why I was not lied to, by the sales and finance department. It makes sense how Q earned those well deserved awards being honest and transparent and actively listening to our needs. And Remington is one the best car sales person I've had pleasure of dealing with. My experience at Klein Honda in Everett location was very good and I would return. 5/5 stars.

No pressure, nobody approached me when I got out of my car and the loan department was so friendly and really went above and beyond to make it happen for me. Dealt with Kelly. He was very pleasant, responsive and respectful (went alone as a woman). Also, very efficient and had most things lined up before I drove the hour drive. When I came back to get it, he had fixed a small dent that I asked if he wouldn't mind fixing (for free). A few weeks later, a had trouble (not really trouble, but the person who had the car before me had put some fancy spark plug wires on it ... no one would have noticed by looking the car over that they didn't fit tight. One had come loose and they had to be replaced with the proper wires. Kelly covered it without even having to go back down there from Cleveland. I highly recommend. Mary

Bought a 2007 Mini Cooper in June 2016. Car had a new cylinder head so we thought it would be a very reliable car for many years. 400 miles later it sucked 3 valves. Apparently the head had been milled too far. Went to Mike the manager and he made promise after promise to help us out. Told us to take it to his mechanic down the street. The repair shop owner waited 7 months for help from Washington Credit Kings. I mad numerous calls and personal meetings with Mike to no avail. I finally gave up and $6900 later with a new engine from BMW we got the car back today. 9 months later!!! And they also tried to suck me in on an outrageous loan for 12%. The following day after buying the car I went to BECU and got the loan at 4%!!!!!!!!! DO NOT EVEN STEP FOOT ON THIS PLACES BUSINESS. THEY DON'T GIVE A xxxx ABOUT CUSTOMERS. I found what I was looking for. No pressure from the sales person (Hank). I called back in the early evening a couple of days later and touched base with one of the owners (this was not my intent). Without revealing all of the details, I need to say I found them HONEST (that is hard to find), sincere, and they go out of their way to get you in to the vehicle you want. They absolutely went the extra mile. I have purchased a lot of cars in my lifetime and this is the first time that I had NO HASSLES. EVERYBODY was UP FRONT with me. There are no commissioned sales people on the lot, therefore greed will not come into play. They are paid by the sale, not on what they can wring out of you. I would highly recommend Collins Auto Sales, Inc. to my closest friends without reservation.
