It would be a zero if I could. Worst service ever emaginable. I have had my car in to their shop 7 times is the last 2 years all for the same problem. Sometimes I’m told they fixed it others I’m told nothing is wrong. I have been stranded 5 times and had my vehicle towed to their shop as required by them and GMC corporate. Well, they got tired of me coming so much, and and not being able to fix the problem, they told me they would no longer service me vehicle and I am not allowed back!
