I bought a used Outback from KFS that I planed on using a lot in the forest for recreation. The sales person, Desiree, was great. Everything else was terrible. They didn't disclose an accident where there was a clear, very poor repair. I had assumed there was because of the price, but didn't know for sure until I pulled the front bumper facia.
They tried to sell it with dangerously worn tires, and calmed they didn't notice (on a car they had in their possession for 6 months.
I heard noises after about 9 months - Then I replaced both tire rod assemblies. The extended warranty I bought (because I suspected SOME problems, again due to the pricing) was void due to their dereliction of duty as an agent. I paid $1300 for repairs, and ended up canceling the EW for a $1K loss.
They had a "no mask" policy, this was fall 2021.
I certainly won't be buying an Outback Wilderness from them.
