Sales staff was good however they reviewed my trade in and tried to low ball me because the hood was out of alignment, that’s 10 minutes and a wrench to fix, missing head rest, which was in the trunk and some paint on vendor that needed buffed out, maybe 30 minutes with a buffer would fix. I almost left, petty little stuff was all they could find. Meanwhile they only had one key for the new vehicle which is a significant cost to replace and it wasn’t disclosed until after the sale and it was like. Sorry can’t help you.

My first contact with Downtown Ford of Sacramento was by text. I was contacted almost immediately by Dru Smith and we made an appointment. When my wife and I arrived, we were greeted at the door by Nathan. Nathan introduced us to Richard Pineda in sales. Richard was knowledgeable, informative and professional and you could tell he enjoyed his job. I explained that I was looking for a Maverick Hybrid. (one of the things we learned was that the wait period for the Maverick is over a year) So, we began to build my new pick-up on the computer. While doing so, we were shocked to learn that another customer had declined their Maverick and so it was offered to us. We were thrilled and happy that we would not have that long waiting period. Richard began the paperwork to purchase the truck. This was truly the best experience that we have EVER had purchasing a vehicle ANYWHERE. NO HIGH-PRESSURE SALES. Everyone sincerely had our best interest at heart and treated us like family. Richard patiently answered all our questions and was extremely knowledgeable. He explained all the intricacies of our new vehicle. I would highly recommend Downtown Ford of Sacramento to anyone. It will be the best auto-purchasing experience that you can have. This was he best experience at ANY dealership I have ever been to. Rigo Torres was exceptional! I have been a customer to dozens of dealerships in California for sales and service and there is NO caparison to Elm Ford. Treated with respect, not pushy and the BEST customer service ever! They do not rip off people like so many dealerships. This was, with no exception, a much better experience than any Mercedes, Ford, Chevy or BMW dealership anywhere. They treat you like a real person. Something unheard of in todays world. It makes me want to never go anywhere else. Thank you so much. I look forward to coming back for service and to purchase another vehicle in the future. Thank you so very much in restoring my faith in the automotive industry!
