Bought a new Silverado and its was delivered with a check engine light on. They were no help in resolving the issue and are not returning calls. I needed to contact Chevy/GM to get attention, but issue is still unresolved. I cannot drive my new vehicle

The staff was great but the car had several issues I discovered after signing all the paperwork. I know you buy a used car in 'as is' condition, but I have purchased many used cars and never had this happen. I guess I took it on good faith that a dealership would fix broken things and fix egregious cosmetic issues before selling it. I never felt the need to inspect every single thing in a car before, but I guess that's on me. Again, I just had the expectation that a dealership wouldnt sell a used car in that condition for top price.

I wasn’t unreasonable with my value for my trade in so he gave me exactly what I was looking for my vehicle and discounted his vehicle creating a great deal and there was no back and forth at all. Zero pressure from either him and the salesman and I was in and out within a couple hours. Very happy with my purchase and the process. I had the greatest, easiest experience with Bobby Singh and Barry. They made my experience very personalized, without any pressure. We were offered coffee, water, and snacks multiple times. We got a great deal on a used BMW X5, they even went to the gas station and filled up the tank, and detailed it for us while we were doing paperwork! I would recommend them times a million. Me and my husband Just had the Best car buying experience with Eli and his sister Eliana, we felt comfortable the minute we stepped into the lot, they warmly greeted us and did not waste anytime showing us the BMW that we were interested in, did not push or rush us in any way. We discussed financing options and Eli asked us some general questions to know how likely we would be approved, after that we test drove the vehicle for about 10 - 15 minutes, came back and filled out the credit application. It took them literally 25 minutes and we were approved! We signed the contracts within 40 minutes and drove back home . Highly recommend this genuine small family owned business and don’t hesitate to buy a car from them because they are a small dealership! They care about their customers and the cars that they sell. This was he best experience at ANY dealership I have ever been to. Rigo Torres was exceptional! I have been a customer to dozens of dealerships in California for sales and service and there is NO caparison to Elm Ford. Treated with respect, not pushy and the BEST customer service ever! They do not rip off people like so many dealerships. This was, with no exception, a much better experience than any Mercedes, Ford, Chevy or BMW dealership anywhere. They treat you like a real person. Something unheard of in todays world. It makes me want to never go anywhere else. Thank you so much. We drove 4 hours to get to Vallejo (worth the drive! lol), said yes to the car after test driving it and drove off the lot in less than 30 minutes!
