I came in to see Gary for a couple trucks I’d been looking at. Needless to say he turned me onto a truck he said he ordered for himself, but life happens. After he talked about what and why he ordered the truck, it didn’t have 1 box I wanted checked, I wanted it. It’s a 2500 sitting on 3500 frame, leaf springs and shock package, so Gary saved me money on my registration. Thank you Gary, the wife and I will sure to be happy campers!

Salesman would not stop interrupting me. Refused to listen to anything I had to say. I came in with my own loan. They refused to acknowledge my loan through my banking institution (USAA) and forced me to go through with a loan application "in case the check bounces". they required that I make a deposit to hold the car 2 days for me.(understandable) At the time of sale they took my credit card to "refund" the deposit "it may take a few days to process"....... over 2 weeks later I had to call in and they had to run my card again to process the refund. Still waiting for that to go through. they got my business because I was tired of dealing with salesmen. They got the car I wanted but that is the best i can say about them. Interior was not the color I wanted and only up-sale meaningless additions not any add-ons I actually wanted to protect and extend the life of my car, but sure offer me an ice-chest and umbrella......how about no. Anti-theft for the catalytic converter? No, we can't do that even tho it is listed as an option.

I live in Idaho. Outstanding Dealership and staff. A bucket flew out of a truck and went under my 2024 expedition last night and tore off the lower valance air dam. I went to Price Ford this morning and Albert Ramos service advisor took my car in and they removed the broken part so I could drive and inspected underside of car for damage. They didn’t even charge me. Several years ago I lost the rear differential seals on my 2011 expedition while traveling here. They took my car and repaired it under warranty and got me back on the road. If I lived here they would be my go to dealership for all service , repairs and vehicle replacement. Ed

🚫 Dishonest and Disappointing Experience at Stockton Hyundai My car buying experience here started off positive with Esteban’s great energy and David’s friendly support. Unfortunately, everything changed when I was handed over to Salvador in finance. Sal told me multiple times that “everything is negotiable,” including my trade-in value and dealer discounts. But when it came to finalizing numbers, I was charged $2,000 for StarGuard and told it was “non-negotiable.” When I pushed back, Sal admitted the owner, Joey, wouldn’t remove it because “it wouldn’t make sense for the dealership.” In other words, they offset my agreed-upon trade-in by slipping in hidden costs. On top of that, when I asked for something as simple as complimentary all-weather mats with a $497 price match, I was denied — yet Sal had no hesitation trying to upsell me on extended warranties. As a customer, I felt misled, undervalued, and disrespected. Integrity matters, and Stockton Hyundai failed to deliver it. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Brandon the sales manager is a very mean, disrespectful and unrealiable perosn. I was in talk with him and John via my cell phone which starts from (312) Chicago #, because we never changed since we moved to California 3 years back. He called me and questioned me why I was using 312 phone #, instead of CA area code. I told him all our friends knew this nubmer for years so we decided to keep. I also tried to provide my office phone # which starts with 626 but he didnt listen. He ended up the call saying "I would pass on this opportunity and please Never call us back, because I don't believe what you said that you are buying for your family. I think you are exporting to other country". I am so furious on this and felt so much insulted. We looked all around in LA, San Diego, Thousand Oaks area, but cannot find a vehicle matches our need: R350 Bluetech, non-black interior, 7-seat, parktronic. And they have one and I called them. Never thought I would be treated like this. It is so unfair and I cannot believe this is how they treated a customer like this. Never go to this dealer, especially this Brandon guy!!!
