My experience has gone from bad to worse. I needed another routine oil change but also had to fix a few other issues (TPS) so brought it back to the dealership for maintenance. For my mileage there were a handful of recommendations and I agreed to perform all except two. Passenger air cabin filter ($15 OTC) and engine filter ($20 OTC) since they are cheap filters and easy to do oneself. Not sure what happened with the communication but the cabin air filter was replaced for $130. Ouch but whatever. Then going further down I see they even nickel and dime for washer fluid? First off, I top off my reservoir with Rain-X once a month so I know it wasn't needed. I thought I was doing them a favor by letting them know a wash wasn't necessary since I have a LUV membership across the street. I will say after this experience, washing my truck after was more therapeutic and stress relieving than here. Highly doubt I will ever take my truck in again for routine preventative maintenance. Praying I don't have any mechanical issues that require me to bring it back here anytime soon. For over $1230 (with discount) I expect a lot better. Once my money has already been taken all I ever get is "sorry". Guess I need to find a better place to do my coolant fluid exchange soon - recommendations needed!

Ellie K. helped me through the purchase process when I found the perfect Escalade for my mom. She sent pictures because the website had not been updated, I drove over an hour to check out the Cadillac. Went over numbers and trade, the following week my mom had her well deserved Escalade Platinum. Some issues arose on the way home and Ellie scheduled me in right away with a loaner to check out the warnings. Some things could have been better since there were immediate issues(l understand buying a used vehicle), but overall a positive experience during the purchase process.

Purchased a Hummer EV from this dealer, not even 1k miles in and I’ve brought it in 3 times to both Thompson and Casa. At Casa, I’ve never been treated so poorly by a dealership. Lira Angel, stay away from her and her condescending tone. Doesn’t know the different between a software update and a reset and the need to run a hardware check as advised by corporate. Kept the car for 3 weeks only to replace parts on the car that were already replaced and did not need replacing.
