Do arrived for an early appointment the service took my car. They found a nail in a tire and fixed it. The appointment was for an oil change. I was available within two hours. Very responsive to my needs.

the WORST dealer ever. The purchase process was ridiculously difficult. They tried every high pressure tactic to add on all kinds of extras, the sales manager was aggressively unhelpful, but worst of all was the service department: the Sierra I purchased was back in for repairs TWICE during the 2 months after the purchase and they tried to deny warranty coverage every time. NEVER trust these people! I sold the truck after 2 months and bought a Toyota Tundra. I lost $10,000 selling and am VERY happy I did.
