Amazing service from the service team. Not only did they take care of my car but they took care of my wallet! The team here is honest and reliable. They gave me an option to get my car serviced now and pay later. I gave a small payment of $58 and still got my car back running like brand new. I didnt even know they had that available. Highly Recommend Temecula Nissan and Damien Soto! I recently purchased a car from Temecula Nissan, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The lot had an impressive selection of vehicles, offering a variety of options to suit different needs and preferences. What stood out to me was the no-pressure environment — the team was genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. Damien Soto, my sales representative, was fantastic. He was patient, approachable, and very knowledgeable. He offered me multiple cars to test drive and took the time to explain the features and options for each one. I really appreciated the transparent approach and the fact that I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. One of the things I especially liked was the detailed history report they had on the used car I was initially interested in. It gave me confidence in the vehicle's condition and history. Although we initially couldn't agree on pricing and terms, the staff remained professional, respectful, and willing to negotiate. This flexibility ultimately gave me the opportunity to purchase the vehicle I wanted. The entire experience was comfortable and positive, from sales through finance and service. Salesperson: Parker Manager on Duty: Hector I had a very positive experience with Nissan SJC. Initially, I inquired on a used vehicle - and upon calling the dealership I was annoyed when they mentioned about the addendums. Considering it was a cheap vehicle (advertised for $12.5k), I didn't think I'd be getting a good deal. About a week has passed, and Parker followed up again. I recapped our conversation from the week prior - and advised I'm seriously interested and will purchase the vehicle if he can provide me some true numbers. I then spoke with Hector, and we came to a deal prior to me visiting the dealership. I've purchased over 40 vehicles in my lifetime (check out some of my other reviews). Regarding my purchasing experience with Parker & Hector, I would hands down purchase from this dealership again. Prior to this, I've established a relationship with my Ford dealership for the past few years (purchased/leased 7 Fords in 6 years), but since the pandemic they've become greedy - and no longer care for loyal customers. Growing up, my parents had Nissans & Infiniti (280Z/280ZX/300ZX Z31 & Z32/Murano/Juke/Rogue/FX35) - so I'm familiar with the brand and with the way new car prices are going, I wouldn't mind considering another Nissan for my family's next vehicle.
