I would like management to know what a great example of how a "Service Advisor" is supposed to do his job. I unfortunately had to have an engine replaced for burning oil. Micheal Tatum is who I'm talking about. He explained to me the entire process an assisted me every step of the way. We even spoke on his off day. It's not an easy process and yet he made me feel comfortable the entire way. Even the rental car that he set up for me went smooth. KIA you've got an outstanding employee working for you.
