I would give them 4.5 Stars for the Service Dept. I've had my car (Which I purchased there) serviced there several times. The service time has always been reasonable or close to their wait estimate, which is extremely nice. My car is always returned clean or in the same cleanliness condition as it was when I dropped it off. My only issue is how they check your car in. There doesn't seem to be a system in place and seems to depend on which Service Advisor you have? The last (2) times I waited in my car in line for 10-15 minutes while others in front and behind me in line were checked in. Maybe I just have bad luck but it was a little frustrating. I was eventually assigned a different Service Advisor-Jake Stevens, and he was great!
