5 STARS FOR THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Let’s start off with that. They treated us really well for 8 years with 4 cars. Great people.
Now on to SALES: I was looking forward to a new RDX as I had a 2014 before, but unfortunately I was disappointed this time. Of course, inventory is tight all over. I looked at the German brands plus Lexus and Volvo. In the end, I still really liked the RDX. Unfortunately they didn’t have the trim and colors I wanted, and wouldn’t budge on price of the higher trim. At least they aren’t adding $2-3,000 of bogus “paint protection” like some dealers are. Still, BMW and Audi offered discounts for military and using their financing.
So I wound up ordering a new BMW X3 M Sport, in my color preference for less money than an RDX A Spec Advance. And the X3 doesn’t have a track pad.
I do believe this dealership is good most of the time for most people, they just wouldn’t work with me this time.
I will miss the excellent service department staff at Acura.
Please do take your car to them for service, they will treat you right.
