The area was helpful and clean. I appreciated the courtesy vehicle provided while my car was being serviced today. However, the inside of the vehicle was dirty; I noticed a lot of eyelashes around the middle console and on the seat. Additionally, the gas tank was nearly empty. When I returned the vehicle, I filled it up to half a tank.

He has a very honest approach and our negotiations are relatively quick, especially because he usually informs us with the current deals in advance and helps us make the best decision.

Fixed the issues with my car. When the estimated date was passed, they took responsibility for the delay and properly remedied the situation. The only thing is I wish they prioritized customers with appointments especially when there's a long line of cars waiting at drop-off. People with appointments should be handled first before walk ins.

This dealership is a fraud. I leased a new car and they promised to pay off my existing three payments to Mercedes Benz and the payments could only be sent from them to another car company. A few months later- the payments were never received and I am stuck paying them. I am fighting with corporate Infiniti and Nisson right now as they won't honor what this dealership promised.
