He was sweet to my parents, and because the car hadn't been smogged, he got me a lyft home and delivered the car to my door. Exceptional service, exceptional personality, and a great place to buy a car! I would recommend Fernando and Galpin to anyone! Great job!

Winn Volkswagen is AMAZING!!!!! I took my 2022 Jetta in for my 30,000 mile maintenance. While I was waiting I went to see the Sales Manager, Ash since my lease is up in August, I asked him to recommend a salesman for me. A gentleman by the name of Paulo came over and he was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! This was a breath of fresh air for me since my previous dealership leaves a lot to be desired. Paulo got me into a new lease 2025 Jetta SEL with no down payment. He made everything so easy and stress free. If you need service on your vehicle please see Jade he is so kind and knowledgeable and if you want to buy a new vehicle please see Paulo. Ash the sales manager is great, I felt very comfortable speaking with him. Let me sum this up--Winn Volkswagen is a Win Win they treat you like family. I was in an emergency situation, and I was able to drive off with a dream of a car, at a price I could afford, in less than 24 hours… the day after Christmas!!! I’m 100% certain that any employee at this location will offer the same 10 star service. The positivity cultivated in this work environment is palpable, and this team was able to turn around my entire day (a feat which seemed impossible). They were more excited for me about my new car than I was! As a woman coming from NYC only on my second car, walking into a dealership can be so daunting. I’ve previously felt very skeptical and defensive. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of AT ALL at Volkswagen Pasadena. They’ve gained my trust and respect with genuine customer service. AVOID this dealership like the plague. The finance manager, Inez Carrillo, is an extremely unprofessional individual. DO NOT lease from these people, let alone deal with their incompetent sales and management teams. An FTC complaint was filed against them for attempting at $850 for a "safety check" even though they presented me with a document that clearly stated "NOT REQUIRED BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA - OPTIONAL" - which I have a photo of. On top of the $850 to "inspect the car" - they wanted me to leave the car for 4 hours so they can find things to fix. After their laundry list that I was told I'd need to get repaired there, THEN they'd release it to me. LOL, it's a three year old car. After some questions which were then overpowered, she stated that some dealerships charge up to "$4,000 to certify cars before they release it". I've confirmed with an attorney that that's a load of xx. If you must purchase your VW, call corporate and have them walk you through the process. Somehow the "safety check" is not required when you do this over the phone with corporate yet they are the same company ;) They will try to sell water to a fish if they could, just DON'T BE FOOLED! Volkswagen is a disgrace for running such a poor and fraudulent franchise business! VW needs to take responsibility for these rogue dealers.

Amazing customer service, warm friendly trust-worthy staff, would send anyone here. They made me an offer I could not refuse and made it impossible to need to go anywhere else. James was fantastic in sales and sales mgr Crystie Lucero was the best sales manager I've ever dealt with at any dealership. They are an amazing team!

This is by far the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experience ever. My boyfriend and I live 40minutes away from this location we met with a couple sales people yesterday and they reassured us that they would help us out in any way possible, with that in mind we came home and decided to go back today to purchase the car we had been eyeing out. Before we started any paper work my boyfriend specifically told our sales person more than 6 times to NOT run our credit more than 1 time AND again he reassured us that he would take good care of us and that he would make sure that wouldn’t happen.. but he did the total opposite. Long story short our sales person started helping other clients and didn’t pay attention to what his finance worker was doing because HE RAN BOTH OF OUR CREDIT more than 6 times!!! After we realized they had done that we were both STILL willing to work with them and we spoke to different sales people and they all refused to help us with better pricing.
