In January 2025 I purchased an Enterga motorhome and bought it to Sanderson Ford dealership in Glendale Arizona for its routine maintenance, as well as a concern about very unstable steering. While driving the looseness is blatantly obvious. The vehicle pulls heavily to the right of the road requiring constant correction and is very frightening and dangerous for the driver and occupants. This constant need for over correction results in rapid driver, fatigue and anxiety for all occupants. When I went to the dealership to pickup the vehicle I was told that that they “could not reproduce this condition and that the vehicle was operating within the DESIGN PARAMETERS”. They had the vehicle for over a week and found absolutely nothing wrong and did not perform ANY of the maintenance. to Sanderson Ford for anything related to the drive train. A simple search online will reveal that this is a well-known problem and this chassis type. I was then told that it would be my personal responsibility to have this manufacture defect corrected at my own expanse. I don’t understand how the FORD Motor Company has not been held responsible for this dangerous defect being corrected. When I did an online search I found the add on equipment for sale at north of $2000 to correct a steering problem in brand new vehicles. The service rep told me the about the add on equipment but then me that his service manager had just informed him that they were no longer certified to sale or install this equipment (of course that just started the day of this encounter)
