My sales rep Felipe was phenomenal from the greeting to the final handshake. He showed me three cars that I liked and took me out to test drive them and was very calm, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. No pressure tactics. He even came in on his day off so we can finalize the deal on a day that was more convenient for my girlfriend and I. If you're going to buy a car at Ken Garff Ford, Make sure to go see Felipe.
