I had my 2015 Jeep wrangler Rubicon in for service 4 years ago. Had nothing but problems getting it fixed under warranty. They said they fixed the issue and I had to do the repairs again myself. This is after they had it for over 5 months. I just took the Jeep back in. They have had it for 6 months this time. Fixed some of the problems and kept delaying again. This is a highly modified Jeep with a Hemi swap, but they said they could do it, and even after 6 months, no sorry the tech has looked for the leak and just can't find it. I arranged to pick it up this week and called wednesday, not ready, it will be ready tomorrow. No problem be there at five. Got a call still not ready. This is twice theyve had the jeep for 5 to 6 months and got horrible service both times. Never going back again. If you have a new car and are paying full price, no problem, done. Warranty or an older vehicle, in and out of the shop to make room for the newer stuff or easier fixes. Don't go unless you have no other choice.
