Quick lane failed to honor my 4:00 appointment for an oil change, etc., while serving walk-in customers who may have arrived before my appointment time. I arrived at 3:45pm and at 4:30 my car had not been moved toward service. If you are not going to honor the appointments you set, what’s the point. Apparently I would have received service at the same late time with or without an appointment based on the fact that “you are just really busy with walk-ins” to quote your manager.
