So 1/20 I bought a 2016 corvette from them and traded in my car. At the day of delivery I was told the seat was broken and that I needed to bring it back (I appreciated the honesty). I reached out to the sales guy, he was going to “check on parts and with service” no reply. At the time of delivery the finance guy told me about a 3 month 4k warranty that is complimentary, which again is cool.
Last week the check engine light comes on due to the transmission. I have called 3 times with voicemails left. Not a call back. The clock is ticking on the complimentary warranty, just what they want I’m sure. I can’t drive the car, the seat is broke and may need a transmission. Guys just make it right… keep your word….
Update 3/23 A week later, no response. As you can see they’re responding to others. Why escape this one? Do I need to report it to the BBB? Get an attorney? You tell me
