If you buy a vehicle here check your paperwork! Specifically compare what this dealer collects for sales taxes on your sales sheet vs what was actually paid. When you get your hard plates in you get a receipt showing what was actually paid to the county tax collector. Compare the receipt to the sales sheet. I was overcharged and the dealer will not refund the difference. I called this dealership, they acknowledged the issue and was later told the difference was sent to the finance company. I spoke with my finance company and was told they had not received anything and they didn’t know anything about it. I called the dealership back requesting the title clerk and got their voicemail. Left voicemails and have not received any communication back. I went to the dealership and their sales manager, Shawn Battreall, laughed at me for coming to the dealership and said to me “you’re really coming up here for this” I guess he considers this a non issue due to the amount of money not being much. I was told to wait because it was sent by mail. I’ve waited a month and still no refund has been received. Called dealership again was sent to voicemail and no calls back.

This dealer is nott trust worthy, they do not stand by there workmanship or word. They did mechanic work for me and after getting it back the next week I'm driving g down the road and the fan came off and cut the belt and cause the truck to over heat and shut down. They had replaced the fan clutch, the studs was still intact but the nuts was gone so there for They didn't tighten the nuts down.i told them I wanted a new motor because the integrity of the motor had been compromised due to getting to hot. They refused to replace motor and said they woukd purchase a warranty policy on it "fraud" because it's pre existing they won't cover it. After signing the co tract for warranty they called and canceled the warranty. The truck has been back 2 times for same issue and they say there's nothing wrong with the truck even though I have video evidence of it malfunctioning. Do now I'm stuck with a problem they won't fix. I would stay as far away as possible from this place.

They did not have the color I was looking for in a 2006 Chevrolet Suburban Terry Blount and his staff found what I wanted and at the price that I was please with in just an hour. had the Suburban at the dealership the next morning by 10 am and I had signed my papers and was on my way by 11.00 could not have been more pleased. 100% recomend Terry and the staff @ Gober Merrell!
