Almost a 5 star Front desk both person explain very well Execellent custumer service , The work Breaks were nice and smooth , Clean as I have it so dirty , BUT the hand break it is not as I arrived it tooks to me time to put it as it should . I didn't say at the moment cause cause will be back to check the air and cool . But hope they can fixed as it should be Thanks !

Scam artists..Don't go to this stealership. They are brainless morons at best. I brought my car here one year ago for a suspected coolant leak that I could visually see myself. They supposedly tested my radiator multiple ways and told me everything was fine, even though I could visibly see a leak. An entire year goes by and the leak popped up again. I took it back here and he said they could see the leak and didn't have to test it this time like they supposedly did last time. Last time they had the decency to throw a little coolant in the reservoir but this time they left me well below "low" and said it's leaking even though he told me they didn't test it. They said I need a CVT flush even though I got one less than 20k miles ago (18,000mi ago to be exact) and its recommended every 30-40k. They say I need an cabin air filter even though I don't. And many other things I don't need. This place will absolutely scam you if you are gullible. Doug and his team don't know what they are talking about. He told me it's leaking from the fins but someone else said it's leaking from the plastic up top. No one actually knows anything up here. Like we all know, they just want to make a buck. Trying to charge over $60 to install an air filter??? You are better off going anywhere else but here. I feel bad for all the people that have been scammed by this place to be honest. Doug knows only how to line his and the companies pockets and doesn't hold your best interest at heart. I'd suggest staying far away from this place. And if you have a warranty on your car and the part is covered, they for some reason lie and say it's fine or isn't covered due to specific damage to the part. Extremely shady place. $1,100+ for a radiator that costs $100 elsewhere. They are xxxxxx you on labor and parts. SCAM ARTISTS. Turns out another shop looked at my car and there isn't a leak in the radiator like YALL said there was HA! it's just the seals contracting due to cold temps. YALL ARE FULL OF xxxx AND STUPID AS xxxx. Doug needs to be fired. Scamming piece xxxx. xxxx Doug's xxxxx xxx hoe xxx.

Great experience ever purchasing a vehicle. They were able to work magic for me. CECIL CAIN JR. & KYLE WYNN are two of the most helpful, knowledgeable and direct. From the beginning they made sure I was comfortable. Being a woman purchasing a car alone Kyle ensured I knew everything. I felt as if they had my best interests at heart not just making a sale. Upper management needs to recognize these two fellas. Also the finance guy Darren! Every staff member spoke and asked if you needing anything.

If you live in the DFW Metroplex, please pass this information along to warn others. After a quick sale at HUGGINS MITSUBISHI, I informed management (w/in 24 hours of the sale) that I wasn't happy with the car. The 2011 Eclipse GS Sport is a rough ride and excessively noisy. The GM, Crystal Goldstein, indicated that I could trade out the car at HUGGINS HONDA. I chose a dependable 2012 Honda Civic EX-L that was actually $1K cheaper than the Eclipse (that should have been an indicator). Anyhow, instead of backing out the paperwork, they attempted to trade the car in. $24K quickly became $15K....how is that possible? Anyhow, I wanted to share this information so HUGGINS MITSUBISHI/HONDA doesn't take advantage of anyone else using their unethical tactics. I've already filed with the BBB on a pricing issue I experienced with them. STAY CLEAR OF HUGGINS!!!!!
