After changing hands a few times, Grubbs seems to have a better handle on this dealership, at least from a service standpoint, than the previous owners. Raymond was very polite and communicative as my service advisor and provided honest information. On the downside, I had specifically scheduled for two things, one of which was to get an estimate on a door sing, which wasn’t able to be done, but I was not told that until my service was concluded. I’ve yet to get a call to have that estimate provided a week later. I am a little disappointed to know that no one locally can do that. I have to wait for someone to come from Dallas? I could go somewhere else for this repair and will start to find other options soon.
