I came in for service on my OLD suv for a battery replacement. Based on my first Eskridge experience back in 2021, I was hesitant to even go back to the service department. However, my battery was under warranty so it made logical sense to return to this dealership to get the battery replaced. I was assigned to Carson, my new service advisor. He was a breath of transparent, fresh air compared to my first service advisor that is no longer working there. Carson is very nice, respectful, and did not treat me like I was just some ignorant female without a brain. Everything was explained to me, my questions were answered fully and directly without any questions being dodged. I was never pressured and requesting an estimate for a windshield replacement was responded to with a print out estimate, a number to call for scheduling and to call him if there were any issues versus my first and what I thought would be a last experience back in 2021 when I was told that the dealership does not give out estimates. Anyways, It took the dealership an hour to drain and recharge test the battery and replace it. Then I was on my way to enjoy my day. Eskridge Lexus has redeemed themselves by having Carson on their service team. I have decided to give Eskridge another chance with my vehicle needs based on this most recent experience.
