We went to look at a Ford Expedition that had just came in. We dealt with Louis. He was great. Very Knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. We ended up buying the unit even knowing that it still needed to go thru the shop. The did the work to the vehicle and were hoping to get it before Christmas but thigs happen and one of the parts did not show up on time, no biggie, so Louis offered to pay for a rental car for us. Once our car was finished they even delivered it to my work here in Omaha. Also there was some titling issues with the car since it was traded in from another state. They took care of everything on the title and even offered to pay if we had any late fees at the dmv. They were very helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel at ease with new parts they put on and the title. Great place to buy a car from. When I'm ready to upgrade again I will defiantly be giving them a call

We recently had our vehicle looked at by Anderson Ford after the battery warning light came on. Prior to bringing it in, we had already taken the car to another mechanic (T.O. Haas) who ran diagnostics and determined the alternator was functioning correctly. They suspected the issue was related to the active grille shutter system and mentioned there was a technical bulletin recommending dealership service for that specific issue. With that information in hand, we brought the vehicle to Anderson Ford and explained everything we had been told. After inspecting the car, Anderson Ford informed us that the alternator needed to be replaced along with additional parts, with an estimate well over $1,000. We explained again that the alternator had already been tested and that another mechanic believed the issue was related to the shutter system. We even offered to have Anderson Ford speak directly with the mechanic who had diagnosed the issue so they could compare notes. That offer was declined. Instead, we were essentially told to trust their diagnosis. The interaction left us feeling dismissed and talked down to, which was especially frustrating since we were simply trying to provide relevant diagnostic information that might help identify the real problem. At that point, we decided to take the vehicle back to T.O. Haas and ask them to investigate further. They found the actual issue: a wiring problem related to the shutter system that had allowed water intrusion. The repair was completed and the battery light issue was resolved. Total cost: under $250. The alternator — the repair Anderson Ford insisted was necessary — was not the problem. Had we followed Anderson Ford’s recommendation, we would have spent over $1,000 replacing a perfectly functional part and still would have had the original issue unresolved. Mistakes can happen in any repair shop. What was most disappointing was not simply the incorrect diagnosis, but the unwillingness to listen, collaborate with another mechanic, or consider information we provided. A little humility and open communication could have prevented a lot of frustration. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we cannot recommend Anderson Ford for diagnostics.

Awesome customer service from everyone on the Jacobs team. I drove 900 miles round trip to do business with them, I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again tomorrow. They initially earned my business with great pricing and friendly sales staff. However the buying experience got even better once I arrived at the dealership and finalized my purchase. class act all around, I will be back for my next purchase!

Great experience with Travis at Kenesaw motors. Friendly and most helpful, not pushy or rushing to close the sale. Talked on the phone, made the drive to Kenesaw, vehicle standing ready by the front door for our test drive when we arrived. Upon purchasing, he spent time familiarizing us with the features. Small town values and business practices you won’t find at a mega dealership. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience, which is s lot for me to say as I dislike everything about searching for a new vehicle. I will definitely be back when it comes time to go through that again, and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Kenesaw Motor Company to anyone looking to make their shopping experience less painful.

Best people in town. I needed to find a car charger when I was in town but none to be found. I thought for sure I would have to call for help but My friend Cindy suggested I ask Beloit Auto &Truck Plaza. Cindy talked to Nina Williams, who was a delight and as helpful as anyone can be. I was so grateful for Nina’s helpful and perfect customer service support that even when I tried to tip her she wasn’t having it and declined telling me this is her job and happy to help. Please start here when you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Two thumbs up and 10 out of 10 on my customer relations-O-meter.

Big John’s advertised a vehicle on the Internet. In response to their ad and their verbal assurances I pre-purchased insurance, obtained a loan, took 2 days off work and traveled over 750 miles to Big John’s Ford in Minden, NE to obtain vehicle. Upon arrival I was shocked to learn that vehicle was totally misrepresented. Indeed 10 days later vehicle remains misrepresented on at least two Internet sites. Massive financial hit due to placing my trust in Big John’s Ford. Complaint filed with NE Motor Vehicle Industry Licensing Board.

My first time using this dealership for auto repair. 1) The prices for service seem high. This is expected when using a dealer for auto service, but even with that mind, it still seemed high. Although I was contacted in advance about the cost of the bill. 2) In addition, after getting a ride to pick up the car, I find a note on the service ticket saying that a simple problem was found and not addressed. They offered to keep the car another day to address the secondary problem. I was NOT contacted to ask if I wanted this secondary problem fixed while they had the vehicle. 3) When I asked about the reasoning about this, I was told that it wouldn't have been any cheaper to try to share the labor costs. Totally disregarding the inconvience factor of losing your vehicle for an additional day, getting a ride to drop it off, or pick it up.
