Arthur stayed in communication with us for over three months while we were on the waiting list for the vehicle we wanted - great customer service. On the day of purchase, everyone at Baxter was very pleasant to work with, explaining purchase price, trade-in value, vehicle features, etc. They were not pushy when presenting the add-on warranties and such, which we greatly appreciated. And since purchase, we've been VERY pleased with our vehicle.

Didn’t put the oil cap back on when they changed the oil. Took it in to get my oil changed and got laughed at by the service manger. I have all sorts of motors I look after and would never take the oil cap off. Brad is the worst service manger ever. I’ve never been treated this way in my life. This is not over with yet.
