This was the best car buying experience I’ve had. The professionalism was off the charts. I never felt like I was being pushed to any direction. I never felt like they were trying to change anything. I feel like everything was very honest and upfront, and they actually heard exactly what I wanted and made it happen. They went above and beyond Aaron is the easiest vehicle buying experience I have had. I would recommend him to everyone.

Gave me a quote and were able to do it for $500 less than that. One Monroe strut they put on was bad so they replaced that right away for no additional cost. They made calls to Endurance warranty and we found out they are worthless as they paid $0 so we canceled it!

Ron was really great to work with. We came in looking for a used vehicle. Due to our current life situation, we came in with some tight parameters for a vehicle, even knowing there was also a possibility that he wouldn't be able to help us. He did a great job working with us and the dealership to get us into something that was close to our parameters. Throughout our time there, we also chatted with a few other employees, and all were very nice. The honesty & transparency the dealership offered was greatly appreciated. We would definitely recommend Ron Archer and McMullen Ford.

Every time I have to go in for a service appointment, seems like all the time, Baxter employees greet me with a smile and are so pleasant to me. They’re very thorough and explain things to me in a way that’s easy to understand. I don’t leave wondering what just happened lol. On my last visit I worked with, I think his name was, Bryce. He had excellent customer service! He was awesome, good experience working with him! I tell everyone to go here! I used to go to a different Ford location but will wait to get into this location for service if need be.

We were so excited to find our dream car, but it was 1700 miles away which made us extremely nervous for this car buying experience. In hindsight, we had nothing to worry about! It was a wonderful car buying experience despite COVID and being 1700 miles away! Eric our salesperson answered all of our car/pricing questions and Elaine the finance person made financing simple and was always quick to answer my 1,001 questions! From the first email, to the financing and delivery organization every detail was taken care of and they both kept us updated with excellent communication. I’d do it again without hesitation knowing how taken care of we will be! We highly recommend this dealership and these individuals in particular!
