The staff went well beyond our expectations ! There were a few small bumps along the way but they addressed all of our concerns to our full satisfaction. I honestly have never encountered a dealership that communicated with us consistently, even after hours. We bought our vehicle and reside on the east coast. We will absolutely go back to them when we need another vehicle. Chris from sales was incredible. Called us often and sent many photos of the vehicle and upgrades. Kevin Sander helped iron out some issues and was very accommodating. Finally, Blake was very helpful in selecting certain parts and upgrades and kept us in the loop in terms of completion of the work. We were very satisfied with the price of the vehicle overall. Honestly, we would never have a comparable experience dealing with local dealers here. Thank you for everything! You truly are the best.

Best people in town. I needed to find a car charger when I was in town but none to be found. I thought for sure I would have to call for help but My friend Cindy suggested I ask Beloit Auto &Truck Plaza. Cindy talked to Nina Williams, who was a delight and as helpful as anyone can be. I was so grateful for Nina’s helpful and perfect customer service support that even when I tried to tip her she wasn’t having it and declined telling me this is her job and happy to help. Please start here when you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Two thumbs up and 10 out of 10 on my customer relations-O-meter.
