Purchased a used 2015 CrossRoads 8/10/19. By 3am on 8/11 it was leaking rain water badly from multiple locations. Contacted my salesman and Barb in service. They offered to seal the camper. I elected to return it and purchase a new 2020 model. Byerly rescinded the sale, took the defective camper back and sold me a new unit, and didn't charge me any "setup" fees. This is my second rv purchase at Byerly and I will happily return when it's time for another.
