We made an offer on a 2022 Kia Sorrento plug-in hybrid, only to find at the last minute that there were more than $2100 in "Accessory" fees, including an undercarriage coating we had not asked for and more than $500 in a recovery tracker. (I can understand why a dealer would want to install a recovery tracker when they're financing the car, so they will always be able to locate and repossess a car when someone has not paid their bill. But for customers who are paying cash for the car, it's completely irrelevant.) When we complained about these fees we were told that they are totally standard protections, in the best interest of the customer, etc. Very disappointing. They did apologize at least for not having mentioned anything about the extra fees until it was time to pay for the car. Another customer wound up buying it.

The moment I walked in the Sales Manager Jess welcomed me and made me feel at ease. I was paired with a Sales Agent named Yemi and he was a blessing in disguise. I worked with both through my transaction of purchasing my new (used) vehicle and trading my old one in and they were beyond knowledgeable and answered every question I had. When it came to the financial part Derek was exceptional and beyond met my expectations just like Jess and Yemi. Everyone was up front and honest with me and made me comfortable. Not one time did I feel like I was trying to be hassled, felt stressed, or had a bad gut feeling that I wasn’t making the right choice. I drove 3 hours to a dealership I had only stumbled upon and it was worth every minute. They have reached out several times to check on me and I have also reached out to them and they are always willing to help and go the extra mile. If you’re in need of a new or used vehicle I highly recommend making the drive wherever you are to see them.

Maloy even created a personalized video of the car and a full view of any imperfections and to give me piece of mind since I lived 4.5 hours away. He even ensured that I would be able to hear the exhaust as this was a big selling point. Maloy made the purchase painless and even gave me a courtesy call the day after purchase to ensure that I was completely satisfied. You will not go wrong purchasing a vehicle from these guys.
