Sergio is the best sales person. I came in told him my price range, told him my main concerns (driving in the winter) and within 20 mins he had me test driving my new car which is everything I asked for and more. The whole process was super easy and I would say quick. Now, the car that I picked out was in super amazing shape but it did have a cracked front end. Sergio made sure that before they dropped my car off for me that it was on order just waiting for me to schedule the follow up appointment. They dropped my car off to me after having it detailed with a full tank of gas to my work!! I was in the middle of my shift when they brought me my new car! To make it even better, they sent me a package of cookies! They were the most delicious cookies I have had in a long time and it really showed just how much they go above and beyond for their customers. 10 / 10 I have and will continue to be recommending D'Arcy to everyone and anyone looking for a car.

I was in a accident and my 2018 Silverado was totaled. I hate looking for a vehicle and listening to all the salesmen and their B.S. I set up an appointment and drove 1hr to see a vehicle in Elburn that was online. Speaking to a salesperson, he couldn’t find the vehicle. The GM stated that they hadn’t had a vehicle like that in over a month. I pulled the salesman outside and asked him if the was a GMC or another Chevy Dealer in the area. He old me Ron Westphal Chevrolet was about 20 min away. Arriving at RWC, I spoke to Richard. He was pleasant. He actually listened and fit me into a vehicle that I was looking for. No high pressure sales tactics. No B.S.
