I typically have a distain with dealerships in general. I have vast experience in vehicle procurement both with fleet and personal. The staff at Palmen has definitely changed my tune. Paul Huff is nothing short of exceptional, going above and beyond to find a specific vehicle I was looking for. My sales agent Orlando was bar none and I would challenge anyone to compare product knowledge of a vehicle and features more than him. He was excited about his job and it showed. He took the time to show me things I didn't even know existed on my vehicle and I'm a bit of a car guy. To follow all this with service, Jason Garoni is my go to guy. He always work with my schedule and gets me in and out without issue. He is always honest about how long something will take and I've never been left waiting.....EVER. This speaks to professionalism and respect for my time. And FINALLY, I've found other dealerships have dismissed my wife when she was with me and typically on addressed me. All the staff here show common courtesy which should always be to address the wife first, then the man. Bravo!
