Sales associate was very rude! I went in took look at used ford f-150. I told to sales associate I had cash in hand and his reply”Are you gonna buy or not” should have been my first clue🙄 I took the pick in to get the tpms sensors serviced and they pointed out that the coil spring was broke and that it had been broke for some time as it was rusted over. I took it back to the dealership to ask if they would make it right, under the assumption that maybe they would have an inspection. They told me deal with it as the vehicle was sold as is. So yeah it’s on me for not looking the vehicle over, but in conclusion I will not buy a vehicle from a company that doesn’t care about the safety and well being of their customers or other motorists on the road it really says a lot about a dealership in my opinion!!!

Poor service Had rear brakes replaced on 2019 Taurus. 2 weeks later caliper fell off on a trip out of town.Bolts were not tightened. Had to have dealer 100 miles away replace.Talked to dealer they were not helpful to repair. I was told it was up to me to get car back to dealer. Dealer has not talked to me after repair was made by another dealer.
